I have used Jim Moody with All Around Realty out of Grangeville, Idaho twice to sell properties for me over the last couple years. One was a rural cabin with land in the Elk City, ID area and the other was a small residential property in Grangeville, ID. Jim is easy to work with and neither property was on the market long, presumably due to the work he put in showing the properties. Everything was seamless and he knows various tradesmen to help you prepare your property for sale, survey issues and other related issues that can arise. He knows the real estate market of North Central Idaho very well and I would highly recommend using him as a real estate agent.
