Our story
Jim and Susan Moody, Broker/Owners of All Around Realty, opened their doors in December of 1999 and are now celebrating their 20th year in business at the same 522 West Main Street location (next to Inland Title Co.)
Both Jim and Susan are natives of the Grangeville area. Jim spent 15 years in Wyoming, returning to Idaho County in 1992.
Jim and Susan have been married for 23 years and counting.
Jim has demonstrated his exceptional skills with people and sales as one of the most productive, consistent and successful agents in the business in our North Central Idaho Region. He has closed over 1000 transactions worth tens of millions of dollars.
Combining skills and knowledge brought to All Around Realty by both Jim and Susan’s career in real estate, they share over 50 years in the business of real estate.
